How do I place an order?

What do I need to provide to customize a bobblehead?

You’ll need to provide a clear, color front-facing photo of the face — this is the most important step!
For specific outfits, poses, pets, or text requests, please send full-body photos and details to custombobbleheads.cs@gmail.com. A dedicated representative will provide one-on-one assistance.

What is the design preview?

The design preview is an interaction between the customer and our artist. Before shipping, the customer must approve the custom bobblehead design. This communication is done via email shortly after purchase for most orders (except when the customer selects the “VIP3” sculpting option).

How long does it take from order to design completion? Will I see a preview?

Yes! Before our artisans start crafting, we’ll create a preview based on your photos and email it to you for confirmation. You’ll have the opportunity to request changes until you’re fully satisfied. Once the preview is approved, facial changes cannot be made.

With a standard body, you choose from a wide selection of pre-designed poses and outfits, while the head is fully customized from your photo. This option is faster and more affordable.
