Shipping & Returns
  • Standard shipping costs from $9.99. We provide free shipping over $159.
  • If you want to return and exchange the item, please contact us, we need to verify it is in production or not. Send us an email with your order number in the subject line and any changes in the body. We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible and make it happen!
  • If you need to change the shipping address, please email here us with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address up until your order leaves our factory!
  • If the product arrives defective, we will resend it free of charge. Please email with a picture of your item and order number.
  • Opening Hours: Monday to Saturday: 9am - 10pm Sundays: 10am - 6pm MST
  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them. All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.
