  • Standard Shipping costs from $15.95. We provide free shipping over $159.
  • Standard shipping time: 7-10 business days. Fast Shipping time: 3-6 Business Days.
  • If you want to return and exchange the item, please contact us, we need to verify it is in production or not. Send us an email with your order number in the subject line and any changes in the body. We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible and make it happen!
  • If you need to change the shipping address, please email here us with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address up until your order leaves our factory!
  • If the product arrives defective, we will resend it free of charge. Please email with a picture of your item and order number.
  • Opening Hours: Monday to Saturday: 9am - 10pm Sundays: 10am - 6pm.
  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them. After providing headshots along with photographs representing the clothing and body type of what we were hoping to have produced, the vendor was quick to respond and the final product was exactly what we were hoping for.     So excited for the next 1

    The only complaints I would have might be that they are a little more "bobble headed" or "cartoony" than I was hoping for. The picture advertised is a lot more elegant and realistic. Also, my nose is a bit different on the figurine than in real life. But he did adjust the nose for me once already so I can't really complain. All in all, I'm very pleased and will order another in the near future! Money well spent! We are going to get one to commemorate each landmark in our life. So excited for the next 1!

    amazing likeness

    My bobbleheads had an amazing likeness to the persons they featured! On top of that, I received incredible customer service. I have purchased bobbleheads from other suppliers but found these creations to be more authentic. There is definitely better craftsmanship and attention to the details. Chris is the best! Great gifts to give to people who have everything but not their own bobblehead.
